TIMELINE – Important Dates

• Abstract submission open now

• 31^st October 2023: Abstract submission closes
• 1^st November – 22^nd of January 2023: Review of abstracts
• 22^nd – 24^th January: Decision letters will be send out - early bird registration for presenters (orals and posters) opens
• 1^st Febuary 2024: Early bird registration for all participants opens
• 15^th April 2024: Early bird registration for all participants ends
• 16^th April – 31^st May 2024: Registration based on standard fees

Please note: Once the maximum number of participants is reached, we will have to close the registration process.
